Fee Structure:
• Monthly Management Fee: 8% to 10% of collected rent
• Tenant Placement Fee: 65% for 1 property, 50% 2 or more properties
• Lease Renewal Fee: $150 for 1 property, $100 for 2 or more properties
• Maintenance Coordination Fee: No additional charge for standard repairs; vendor costs apply
• Maintenance Reserve Fee: $300 to $500
